Reporting directly to the Director of Strategy, Transformation, and Innovation, you'll play a pivotal role in reimagining the way care is delivered and experienced by leading complex initiatives across the organization within our four core services: assessment, strategy, implementation, and evaluation.Who we are
NeighborHealth, formerly East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, is one of the nation's largest Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and the largest community-based primary care health system in Massachusetts and serves over 120,000 people. NeighborHealth has the 4th busiest Emergency Department in the state of Massachusetts, operates the first and only behavioral health urgent care co-located with their Emergency Department, and is recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) as a National Quality Leader.
