Senior Account Manager (Project Management)
What you will do
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for creating the strategy and managing complex execution across multiple customer accounts. This leader will be responsible for annual sales of 3.5M units annually, for managing a P&L exceeding $300M revenue and delivering ~$50M in commercial margin. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to grow key accounts by an additional $20M in commercial margin over the next 4 years. The position will lead LTA negotiation strategy and annual pricing negotiations to expand profitably while reducing risk to Clarios. The Senior Account Manager will drive new growth opportunities within Clarios' existing business model, identifying and developing new customers required to exceed an annual growth target of ~250K units. This role includes the direct supervision of two (2) team members, ensuring their alignment to assigned customer goals and priorities.
