About the Role:
As the Café Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive environment for both customers and team members. You will be responsible for scheduling staff, overseeing cash management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. By fostering a welcoming atmosphere and resolving any challenges, you'll help create a café experience that exceeds expectations!

What we need from you:
Besides your amazing attitude, we need applicants to have previous experience in customer service, cash handling, and food service. You'll need to have a valid food handlers card or certificate or the ability to receive one before your first day. We need someone with a keen eye for detail who thrives in a dynamic environment. But most importantly, we want someone who loves to create and brings positive energy to the workplace!
