Carolina Caring is seeking a qualified and experienced Benefit & Leave Manager to oversee employee benefit plans, leave of absence, and workers' compensation programs. This role serves as the primary liaison between employees and insurance providers, ensuring smooth communication and administration.

The Benefit & Leave Manager will coordinate, and support all leave of absence cases and workers' compensation claims, providing expert guidance and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
