Busser (Food Services)
East Coast Golf Management, Inc. (ECG), is hiring a part-time Busser at The Venue located at the International Golf Club of Myrtle Beach, SC!

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly energetic individual to join our team as a Busser. This role will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant dining area and supporting overall restaurant operations. They will work closely with the Bartenders, Cooks, Hosts/Hostesses, and dining guests to ensure that their needs are met and that guests have an exceptional experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Resetting tables
- Removing dirty dishes
- Refilling beverages
- Assisting Servers
- Takes out trash
- Cleaning floors, walls, tables, and guest view areas
- Maintains a clean and organized area
- Assist teammates with properly moving tables and chairs
The Busser must pleasant and full of positive energy. They should also have excellent customer service skills, as they will be interacting with guests throughout each day.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
The Busser may also perform other duties as required by management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires moving back and forth between dining and kitchen areas.
The Busser works in a demanding environment with multiple interruptions. The position requires standing for extended periods.
The Busser works in all properties owned by Sea Trail Golf Resort. Job duties may require daily travel between locations on the property.
During busy events, they are under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently. Hours may include late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
