Structured Finance - Director, Asset-Backed Securities
Fitch Ratings is seeking a Structured Finance Professional to join the Asset-Backed Securities Group in our Chicago or New York offices.
Fitch Ratings is adding a senior credit professional to the Asset Backed Securities (ABS) team as a Director. The position will be responsible for a wide range of projects including assuming a leadership position within the ABS team rating transactions and authoring market commentary and research.
Successful candidates should have previous experience leading ABS transaction analysis and applying macro trends impacting consumers to develop credit views. In this leadership role strong communication skills are essential. A successful candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in the ABS market; experience in home solar and home improvement sectors are relevant.

FOR NEW YORK AND CALIFORNIA ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $140,000 and $180,000. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
