Marketing & Communications Intern - Summer 2025 (Biotech)

Consolidated Asset Management Services (CAMS) is seeking to hire a Marketing & Communications Intern. The ideal candidate is a full-time student earning a bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. The Marketing & Communications Intern will contribute to a variety of programs, including marketing, digital/social media, employee engagement, events, and public relations.

The Intern will contribute to research and planning, project management, analysis, writing, and other tactics to shape and execute marketing strategies. The Intern will assist with content for digital and traditional channels, corporate events, internal communications, and creative projects. The Intern will support the Marketing & Communications team on projects, tasks, and assignments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in editing and publishing key communications content (i.e., presentations, flyers, press releases, etc.) accurately and consistently.Content drafts for internal and external-facing communication channels (social media, website, reports, etc.).Research, develop, and produce new content angles on earned and owned media channels.Assist with planning, researching, and executing company events or day-to-day office administration functions (i.e., conferences, holiday parties, badge activation, floorplans, etc.).Collect and report on quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.Write, review, and proof marketing materials.Assist in creating and/or compiling informational reports.Perform other duties as deemed necessary, including those assigned by the marketing & communications manager.
