Site Supervisor (T56-A-425/427/427A / ALSS / Structures Intermediate Maintenance) (Finance)
TASK DESCRIPTION
The Site Supervisor will be the primary interface for the Contract Field Team (CFT) at Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic (FRCMA) Norfolk, VA providing Intermediate level (I-Level) repair support for the T56-A-425/427/427A, Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS), and Structures in support of Commander Naval Air Forces (CNAF). Supervise day-to-day intermediate-level support maintenance in accordance with (IAW) the scope of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Coordinate and manage technical and administrative operations and all other aspects of support program to ensure timely availability of weapon systems to meet specified operational requirements. Ensure Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) meet or exceed contract performance requirements. Provide expertise and advice on technical, and logistical matters and the effective use of CMS efforts. Coordinate maintenance program IAW all applicable Navy maintenance management documents and directives.
Skills and Knowledge: The Site Supervisor shall be able to lead the CFT in the performance of Intermediate level (I-Level) repair support for the, T56 Power Section Assembly (PSA), T56 Reduction Gear Assembly (RGA), T56 Torquemeter (T/M), T56 Turbine Unit Change Assembly (TUCA) and T-56 Quick Engine Change Assembly (QECA). All these items comprise the T56-A-425/427/427A Turboprop Engine.

Compensation
$80,000/year
Other Compensation
Employees will receive a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.00 for every hour worked.
