Bakery BOH - PT (Manufacturing)

We have an immediate need for a PT Bakery Clerk (BOH) in our Morris Plains, NJ store.Our Bakery Clerk (BOH) are responsible for packing out bakery items, traying and baking croissants, muffins, and cookies.

Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environmentPrepare dough, pack bakery items, prepare bakery cookies, cakes, pastry, etc. for oven baking. Remove all baked good from oven onto cooling racks to prepare them for next steps (decorating, piping, boxing, etc)Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment in accordance with Uncle Giuseppe's standardsMaintain and properly use all department equipment as requireRotate products to ensure freshness of our gourmet pastry and bakery productsOther duties and functions as assigned

Requirements
Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability.Must be able to speak, read and understand the English languageA team work approach and a desire to work with gourmet baked goods is required
