TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is hiring three (3) Associate Product Support Representatives to join our team in Orlando, Florida.
Summary: This position is for a dedicated contract Product Support Representative in a 24/7 operation. Responsibilities include providing customer service and product support via telephone, fax, online chat, and email for TransCore products and services. The role involves managing customer information, providing account retention, troubleshooting customer problems, and documenting issues in the Maintenance Online Management System (MOMS) and help desk application. This role ensures service requirements are protected and accounted for in accordance with set standards.
Required Skills:
PC literate; Windows, Microsoft Office
Troubleshooting skills
Customer service skills
Good writing and verbal skills
Data entry, communication, and mechanical skills
Shift work as required (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts)
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with toll systems maintenance, repair, and system administration (not required)
Linux OS, A certification (desired but not required)
Education:
High School diploma or GED required
Post-High School education preferred
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
