View Point Healths GRAN Recovery Center is a 28-day Intensive Residential Addiction treatment program. With an emphasis on maintaining a positive therapeutic community, treatment interventions focus on promoting abstinence from substance use, shifting from addictive behaviors and effecting change in the individuals lifestyle, attitudes, and values.
Program Manager leads an interdisciplinary treatment team working within a continuum of care for Addictive Disease Services with a focus on providing Intensive Residential AD services for individuals with moderate to severe SUD. Program Manager manages all aspects of service provision including but not limited to:
Leads the development and administration of policies and programs of social service and community agencies, correctional institutions, rehabilitative services, and related programs that are designed to protect and promote the social welfare of individuals and communities. Directs subordinate supervisors and staff. Will manage large numbers of agency staff or have large scope of responsibility within agency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides day-to-day oversight, administrative leadership, and supervision of the Treatment TeamResponsible for managing Clinical Staff with Monthly Schedule, New Hire Orientation, Training and monitoring Compliance and Quality Standards as part of their annual Performance Measurements/ Evaluation as well as documenting and addressing Disciplinary ActionsSchedules staff coverage to ensure adequate coverages for all functions during working hours.Appropriately interprets and implements applicable regulations of the agencies, payers and accreditation boards that govern the program.Lead Treatment Team meetings to review caseloads and manage care coordination as well as overseeing all incoming client referrals and/or transfers.Ensures all quality measures are met, including treatment plans, orders, authorizations, daily notes, treatment team, and assessments and other documentation according to DBHDD standards.Signs off on individualized Treatment Plans and Tx plan updates as needed.Provides clinical supervision to clinical team members whose licensure status requires ongoing, routine clinical supervision.Create or refresh work-flow processes, standard operating procedures, and routine auditing of charts and ECR.Works closely with and part of Specialty Services AD Access team by helping coordinate entry to services as well as referral to other appropriate levels of care.Participates in the hiring of staff; provides supervision to direct reports; completes performance assessments and coaches staff with performance improvement.Approves leave requests and follows and implements agency policies regarding use of leave, communicates with payroll for any leave or pay adjustments.Assist with Clinical Caseload as needed.Provides therapeutic services to clients including some individual & group counseling and care coordination services.Adhere to agency standards with clinical documents and ensures team is following standards as well as checking Carelogic alerts.Running and tracks monthly reports; provide feedback to the team.Follows up on all failed claims and activities to ensure collection of claims; coach and train staff on maximizing revenue.Responsible for responding to client complaints and proactively intervening to prevent complaints.Serves as liaison with QA and Billing teams.Participate in administrator On-Call rotation.Provides assistance and problem resolutions to clients, staff and internal & external partners, and other agenciesOther duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of job-related subordinate management experience in a human service delivery program; or related certification and two (2) years of job-related subordinate management experience in a human service delivery program; or two (2) years of experience at the lower-level Manager 1, Social Services (SSM010) or equivalent position.
Note: Some positions may require certification and/or licensure (LAPC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
Preferred Qualifications:
Full clinical licensure in the state of Georgia (LCSW/LPC)Three (3) years of supervisory experience in the area of assignment.Experience with Carelogic or other EHR/EMRExperience working with SUD and/or co-occurring disorders.Leadership and prior supervisory experienceExcellent communication & interpersonal skills; enjoys working w/ others; is flexible, quick to adapt to changing, fast-paced environment; MUST HAVE great organization, time-mgmt. & documentation skills.
Requirements/Competencies:
Must be able to lift 20 pounds.Requires long periods of sitting/standing.Must have valid Georgia drivers license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy.Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens.Any combination of training and experience, which would have enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities
