Position Summary
Under General Manager's or Plant/Production Manager's guidance, Department Supervisors (Level II) manage multiple shifts or a department. Responsible for scheduling work to meet production requirements, training and development of employees and managing productivity and work quality. Recommends equipment upgrades, staffing adjustments, and process or product modifications. Responsibilities may extend to overall facilities security and maintenance as needed or required.
