Instructional Development Manager - Hybrid (Finance)

We're currently seeking an Instructional Development Manager to help us advance that mission through innovative training and development programs. In this role, you will shape the way our team grows and excels by leading content development, instructional methodology, and the implementation of organizational training initiatives.
Your expertise will guide the planning, curriculum design, competency assessments, and evaluation of training effectiveness. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to create impactful instructional materials, execute programs like PACE and Trainer University, and manage critical elements of our Quality Management System (QMS). If you're passionate about fostering growth, empowering teams, and driving meaningful change, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while contributing to Vitalant's life-saving mission.
