Position Title:            SAP Application Architect

Location:                    Tulsa, Oklahoma [Telecommuting Permitted]

 

I: Essential Job Functions:

• Participate in leading the design of SAP technical solutions using ABAP, FIORI, ODATA, and Business Intelligence (BI) as well as all integration between SAP S/4 HANA and external systems using SAP PO;
• Design technical solutions in ABAP and FIORI as well as end to end solutions integrating SAP with BI and external technologies such as Service Now, Salesforce, .Net and Java;
• Design solutions that balance business needs, system capabilities, cost-effectiveness, and industry/regulatory requirements. Ensure solutions appropriately address scalability, maintainability, reliability, extensibility, usability, and security;
• Ensure appropriate and effective data integration across multiple applications in the SageNet landscape;
• Analyze new development projects to deliver estimates and time and effort; identify technology gaps needed to fulfill requirements.

II: Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field plus 10 years of experience in application/software development, of which 4 years were specific to project management to develop and enhance IT solutions, and to develop SAP technical solutions

III: Special Skills Required:

• Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
• SAP Fiori
• Open Data Protocol (OData)
• Business Intelligence (BI)
• SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Process Orchestration (PO);
• Understand the following SAP modules: Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Asset Management (AM), Service Management (SM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Project System (PS);
• Experience interacting with business owners to gather requirements
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and process design flows;
• Experience in project management including working in sprints under an Agile development environment.
