Nurse Case Manager- Hybrid DMV Area (Legal)
Job Overview:
Join our expanding team at Leidos QTC Health Services as a **Workers' Compensation Nurse Case Manager**. This full-time, field-based position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of 90 days of employment. You will primarily work from a home-based office (approximately 40%) and conduct local travel (approximately 60%) for case-related medical appointments within Northern Virginia, including Washington, D.C., and surrounding Maryland counties.
Pay Range:
Salary: $82,000-$96,000 w/ quarterly bonus eligibility through reconciliation program. Compensation is based on combination of relevant experience, education, and other relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize medical management guidelines to collaborate with Injured Workers, Treatment Providers, and the multidisciplinary Claim Management Team.
- Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and adjust care plans to achieve positive health outcomes and facilitate safe, timely returns to work.
Competencies:
Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service and care to the claimants.
Collaborative, best proactive and informed standard of care-centric, decision-making skills.
Technically competent with computers/tablets to include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations.
Required Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Trauma.
- Experience in Workers' Compensation or insurance-related case management is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Computer proficiency is essential.
- Associate degree in Nursing required, bachelor's (BSN) degree preferred.
