Physical Therapist (Finance)
Main Objective:
The Physical Therapist works under the direction of the Manager of Physical Rehabilitation to promote the mission through a variety of methods including providing medically prescribed on-site physical therapy for Arthrex employees to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disabilities. This position is primarily clinical, treating and interacting to a great extent on a one-on-one basis with the Arthrex employees but collaborates regularly with the on-site medical clinic, employee wellness program, occupational health program and Environmental Health & Safety Department to identify preventable workplace risks, implement strategies to minimize injuries and improve overall employee health and safety.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
Florida PT licensure required.
CPR certification required.
Previous experience preferred.
Bi-lingual (Spanish Speaking) preferred.

Physiological Knowledge, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Motivating Others, Legal Compliance, Quality Focus, Clinical Skills, Pain Management
PCs, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of diagnostic measures and deal with multiple abstract and concrete variables.
