Data Collector - Part-Time - Bilingual - School of Public Health (Finance)
We are looking for a bilingual (English/ Spanish) Casual/ Hourly Data Collector to join the UTHealth School of Public Health in Houston, TX, or the surrounding area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a project focused on supporting individuals at risk for homelessness. Project HALT will focus on the science of preventing homelessness. Clients exiting the emergency department will be screened for imminent homelessness, provided resources, and/or engaged in homeless diversion services. In this position, you will collect follow-up measures, including monthly surveys and an exit interview. Hours are flexible, and we can accommodate weekdays, nights, and weekends. Work is almost entirely remote but some limited in-person activities (e.g., a monthly meeting) may be required. A strong preference for individuals who speak Spanish fluently (approximately 80% of clients are Spanish-speaking) and have a background or history with research or related data collection.

Certification/Skills:
Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
