Monitor forecasts and develops capacity attainment plan based on capabilities and future projected customer demand
Execute material resource planning (MRP) to ensure materials and components are available to generate the master production schedule
Analyze customer and production requirements to maximize space utilization
Collaborate with key stakeholders in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure key performance indicators achieved
Collect, monitor and analyze data to control capacity risks, maintain site efficiencies and assure on-time delivery
Prepare and review required business reports
Support continuous improvement initiatives for production planning process and information flow

Education & Experience
High school degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of and ability to use and influence organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding manufacturing processes
Knowledge of strategies and tools for controlling and optimizing the factors that lie between the purchase of raw materials and delivery of finished products
Ability to effectively manage the business relationship and transactions with the suppliers of raw materials or product components
Knowledge of issues and considerations for effectively managing local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods
Knowledge of the processes, tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials throughout the manufacturing cycle
Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting
