Business Loan Servicing Specialist (Finance)

Hourly Wage:

$17.41 - $19.49 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher) 

 

Description:

Royal Credit Union is looking for a dynamic team member committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our Members as well as our team members. Royal's Business Loan Servicing Specialist services complex loans and accounts originated by Business Loans & Services Department throughout their lifecycle by processing collateral releases, tracking insurance, preparing various reports, reviewing notices, processing disbursements, posting payments/deposits, maintaining participation sold and purchased accounts, and providing various accounting functions.  Provides exceptional, efficient, and accurate Member service.

 

Work Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week working Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5 PM with additional hours as needed.

 

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year experience working with financial services or customer service.
• Work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
• Produce accurate and high-quality materials, data entry, and transactions.
• Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision.
• Work in a team environment.
• Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture.

 Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

• One year certificate in Accounting or related field.
• Previous loan servicing experience.
