Production Utility Worker (Manufacturing)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide timely response to production based upon workflow and attendance needs.
Meet production schedules, delivery dates and quality expectations.
Ensure that the product/process will meet or exceed the requirements of our internal and external customers.
Use various hand tools and industrial machines as required.
Comply with security and housekeeping efforts and with the required use of PPE such as gloves, masks, glasses, etc.
Communicate in an efficient and effective manner with co-workers and supervision to ensure jobs are done correctly.
Move freight, stock, or other materials to and warehouse or production areas.
Stack material in locations as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
Knowledge of basic math and measurements
Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
Bilingual preferred but not required
