Human Resources Generalist (Human Resources)
Key Accountabilities:
Employee Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace concerns, conflicts, and inquiries.Conduct investigations related to employee grievances, complaints, or disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture by fostering open communication and resolving conflicts.Champion initiatives that support a healthy, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
People Operations & Compliance
Coach and guide managers on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.Partner with the HR team and leadership to implement HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.Support the development and execution of employee engagement strategies to improve workplace morale and reduce turnover.Advise on HR policies, practices, and procedures to ensure consistent application across the organization.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Support the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and employee development plans.Prepare reports and analysis on employee relations trends and HR metrics, providing insights to leadership for decision-making.
Training & Development
Support the development and delivery of training programs to improve manager and employee skills in leadership, communication, and conflict resolution.Assist in identifying training needs based on employee feedback, performance reviews, and organizational goals.Provide coaching and mentorship to managers to enhance their leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relationsProven experience coaching and advising managers on HR issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency with HR software (e.g., HRIS, performance management tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 depending on experience.
