GPI (Finance)
Organize HR department records and employment files, scan information into the system, and perform other clerical functions as needed.
Schedule, coordinate, and arrange HR team meetings and appointments and document meeting notes and action items.
Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and employees to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timecards have been submitted and approved and corrections are made ahead of the predetermined payroll submission deadline.
Evaluate, prepare, and input payroll data on a timely basis.
Maintain and assign employee training, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Assist with employee engagement tasks.
Support the development of engaging training videos for our HCM.
Assist other corporate services teams as needed.
Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in Human Resources Management or closely related field
1+ years of Human Resources and/or Payroll experience
Customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills
Organized and detail oriented.
Ability to take ownership of projects and tasks.
