Utility Solutions Manager (Information Technology)
Position Summary
The Utility Solutions Manager is responsible to deliver the strategic consultative approach for the overall Neptune offering to the sales team and assigned target accounts prior to the sale. This person will partner with the sales team to understand the customer's outcomes driven requirements, demonstrate the technical capabilities of the Neptune solution, and provide consultative sales direction for the project. She or he will direct the development of the bid or RFP response and short list presentations with a cohesive strategy and narrative, and ensure successful transition from prospect to customer.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of related experience. Water/Utility Industry experience is a plus.
Skills: Requires specialized skill set and proficiency in software product development processes in an Agile environment. Leadership, sales support, project management and training skills. Analytical mind and strong quantitative and problem solving skills. Positive attitude and high energy, creativity and strong learning ability. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Location: Duluth, GA or Remote
20-50% Travel Required.
