BASIC FUNCTION
Smarte Carte Inc. is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full-time District Service Manager position. The District Service Manager will oversee Field Maintenance and Repair Technicians and Part-Time Location Managers within assigned district and will work a defined schedule at locations within an assigned radius (malls, fitness clubs, and other locations with Smarte Carte vending equipment).
Duties will include (but are not limited to) include performing monthly collections, repairing, cleaning and performing regular maintenance on strollers, carts, cart management units, massage chairs, and locker systems. Daily local travel and some regional travel required.
Duties also include: P&L responsibility of assigned district, client relationship management, development of direct reports, and assisting with the planning and execution of equipment installations and removals.
