Manager Trainee (Project Management)



DH Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, Colorado, aspires to hire an organized and motivated Entry-level Manager, who will join our Commercial Service Department. You will have a passion for providing a high level of quality and service to our customers. You will be a team player, with strong reasoning skills and the ability to clearly and professionally communicate with drivers, customers and co-workers.
 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Review drawings and specifications to determine amounts and most appropriate product based on specific job requirements to complete the project
  • Determine time frame needed to complete project
  • Determine cost of projects based on products and quantity
  • Review work with Project Manager of products used
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion
  • Other duties may be assigned by Manager

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical aptitude
  • Transportation, Restaurant, Retail or Service (such as HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical) industry experience a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
