Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attentive to detail and inspect products for any damage or defects that may need any repairing.
- Adhere to all Genesis safety guidelines, policies, and procedures as well as any other governing entities. (Including but not limited to always wearing appropriate PPE when on the production floor.)
- Follow work instructions to finish product according to customer requirements to ensure quality is at or above acceptable standards
- Ensure that the product met all qualities and is ready to ship.
- Other duties as assigned
Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing/production environment.
- Detail oriented and neatly organized.
- Be able to work in a team and fast paced environment.
- Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Ability to meet safety standards.
