Construction Specialist (Construction)

The Landings Association is currently hiring a Construction Specialist.
Construction Specialists work as a team to maintain and repair the infrastructure (roads and storm drains) of the Landings.

Key Responsibilities:
Operates vehicles and heavy equipment (4x4 pickup truck, Street Sweeper, dump truck, backhoe, loader and other specialty equipment)
Remove and repair asphalt and/or concrete areas as needed
Construct, paint or other duties associated with road/path maintenance
Prepare landscape for infrastructure upgrades and maintenance as needed
Clear roadways and storm drains of dirt and debris as needed
Performs manual clearing of ditches, drains, grounds and overgrowth of landscape for proper drainage as necessary
