Summary
Subaru of America's Accessory Development and Quality Assurance groups are fast-paced and exciting environments that provide an opportunity to experience business operations on a national level. This position is responsible for helping evaluate accessories for new model year vehicles, and collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to warranty claims and product design improvements for Subaru Genuine Accessories. The student will work closely with electrical and mechanical engineers to help evaluate new accessories and evaluate quality concerns. This position requires extensive mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience as it relates to automotive parts and accessory installations. The ideal candidate would be able to evaluate the installation and quality of accessories from a customer point of view, and clearly communicate to the Project Manager any concerns or ideas for improvements.
