Role
As a member of the Network Business Performance Reporting and Analytics department, the Business Analytics Lead is responsible for driving the rhythm of the business for organizational KPIs, executive reporting, and leading analytics processes nationally across multiple functions and stakeholders to develop effective metrics and business intelligence solutions to support operational planning and execution.
They will leverage exceptional interpersonal, teambuilding, and program management skills to drive collaboration with peers and leaders across business performance, sales, finance, accounting, implementation, and operations. They will use these skills, along with their expert technical knowledge in analytics to develop and maintain data delivery/reporting, data-driven analysis, tools, and solutions. These responsibilities and deliverables should lead to a clockwork, consistent operating environment that leads to business insights, greater efficiencies, and increased revenue.
The Business Analytics Lead will navigate ambiguity independently, be a source for continuous improvement for the department, and mentor junior members of the team to do the same.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
