About the role:
Yahoo Mail is seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Product Manager - Commerce to lead our commerce utilities and affiliate revenue efforts. This role will focus on enhancing user value through commerce initiatives, creating exceptional experiences for brands, and managing the Yahoo Mail browser extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background, with experience in e-commerce and affiliate, and a passion for driving user engagement and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Commerce Utilities Management:
Develop and enhance commerce utilities within Yahoo Mail to drive user value and engagement.
Identify opportunities to integrate commerce features that enhance the user experience and align with Yahoo Mail's strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize commerce utilities, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
Affiliate Marketing and Brand Experience:
Lead affiliate marketing efforts to create compelling experiences for brands within the Yahoo Mail product.
Maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring their needs are met and their campaigns are successful.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize affiliate revenue while providing value to users.
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for commerce initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, business impact, and strategic alignment.
User Experience and Design:
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging commerce experiences within Yahoo Mail.
Ensure that all commerce features are user-friendly, visually appealing, and deliver a seamless experience.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously refine and improve product offerings.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze the performance of commerce utilities, affiliate campaigns, and browser extensions.
Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
Provide regular reports and updates to the Senior Director of Mail Intelligence and other stakeholders on key metrics and progress.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Facilitate effective communication and alignment across teams to achieve product goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,750.00 - $251,250.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
