Director of the Accessibility and Disability Resource Center (Project Management)
The Director of the Accessibility and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for accessibility services, ensuring equitable access and support for students with disabilities. This role supervises and manages ADRC personnel, programs, and daily operations while aligning initiatives with the institution's broader strategic goals. The Director collaborates with faculty, staff, and university leadership to enhance accessibility, reduce barriers, and foster an inclusive environment for students. This position reports directly to the Vice President and/or their designee and works closely with Human Resources, Legal Counsel, the Provost's Office, Compliance, and other university stakeholders.
Essential Duties:
Required Education: Master's degree in Disability Studies, Social Work, Higher Education Administration, College Student Personnel, Rehabilitation, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
