Position Summary
Reporting to and together with the Brand Director, the Brand Manager has a General Management approach and broad range of responsibilities that will assist in delivering specified business targets (volume, profit, share) through the development and execution of all brand strategies and plans across Price, Promotion, Packaging & Product. These include brand plan development and execution, business budgeting and financial administration, cross-functional leadership and project management, innovation strategy, and developing and executing trade materials for US Wholesale & International sales teams. This person will have excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders throughout the organization. This person will also have a clear and compelling creative vision for how to bring brands to life visually and experientially. This person should feel at home working on site, interfacing with consumers and other business partners, balancing interpersonal interaction, creative ideation, and operational execution. This person will be consumer-obsessed and be passionate about delivering the best experience possible for our consumers and sales team.

MarketingThe salary range for this role is:
$108,600.00 - $201,300.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
