HR Supervisor Distribution (Administrative)
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required). HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1year in the HR leadership role.
Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR software is highly preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, ATS).
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Leadership and mentoring abilities.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
General office, warehouse and distribution center environment. Candidate must be willing to work in other areas/departments when needed.
