Supply Chain Analyst (Finance)

As a Supply Chain Analyst within the Optimization team of the Procurement & Supply Chain department, you will play a critical role in enhancing our supply chain analytics capabilities. You will leverage your expertise to develop predictive models, optimize processes through automation, and drive data-informed decision-making. Your work will directly impact our ability to maintain a competitive edge through data-driven insights and strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Analytics and Data Science, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and derive insights from data
• Shows responsibility by taking ownership of tasks, practicing efficient time management, and following through on commitments. Confidently addresses challenges, holds themselves and others accountable
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with data analysis and automation tools (Advanced Excel, SQL Queries, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and optimization methodologies (preferred but not required)
Position Overview
• Data Modeling: Develop and execute SQL queries and create statistical models and machine learning (ML) models using SQL queries and Python to analyze data, identify key influencers and patterns that contribute to organizational savings.
• Automation: Develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) process through Microsoft Power Automate and/or Azure Development Pipeline with AI in Python. Reduce manual touch through the supply chain process to allow purchasing agents, optimization teams, and field operators to shift time to focus on efficiency and innovations.
• Visualizations and Reporting: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand goals, develop metrics and baselines. Develop dashboard and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI to provide leadership with actionable insights on supply chain metrics.
• Communication and Presentation: Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations, effectively communicating data insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Project Management: Maintain detailed documentation of project requirements and milestones, and issues. Ensure robust quality assurance and contingency plans for data model and automation projects.
• Data Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis to support business needs, such as financial assessments, performance reviews, and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with IT and other departments for advanced data analysis.
