Program Administrator (Finance)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (not limited to duties as described - performs related duties as requested)
• Prepare requisite program CDRLs for each Task Order and coordinate approval with PM/DPM
• Assist in preparing program reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.
• Assist the Finance Manager with responding to financial taskings in a timely manner
• Assist Contract Security Officer and Schedule Coordinator with taskings
• Assist Travel Coordinators with general administrative tasks, including file management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between team members and stakeholders.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree and minimum two (2) years of related experience.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Knowledge in SharePoint Development and/or PowerBI
• Willingness to travel with Program Leads, no more than 25%
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and skills required to administer a Level-of-Effort, cost type contracts
• Proficiency using Microsoft products (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project)
