DOCUMENTATION COORDINATOR II-Magnolia, TX (Finance)
The Quality Documentation Coordinator is responsible for creating/compiling product manuals, up to and including data books. This role works with multiple business units as a key member of the team to ensure that project documentation is complete to ensure project success. The Quality Documentation Coordinator will also be responsible for compiling and uploading documentation into Canrig's Document Management System.
MINIMUM QUALIFIATIONS/SKILLS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 to 5 years' experience in quality documentation
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluent in English. Ability to read and write, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and compute percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, database software, and manufacturing/inventory software. They should have advanced computer skills dealing with Adobe software, writing and formatting.

Valid Driver's License

Experience in Oil & Gas
Knowledge of ISO 9001; API Q1
Knowledge of QMS Documentation/Records
