The Clinical Educator serves as a resource to the nursing staff. The Clinical Educator assesses, develops, coordinates, and supports educational programs to meet the needs of staff and enhance specific clinical nursing skills. The Educator also demonstrates the ability to accept, model, and implement change, as well as functions as a role model for clinical staff.
