Compensation & HRIS Leader (Finance)
Position Summary
This senior level role in the Human Resources Departmentis responsible for managing the organization's compensation function and administering compensation related programs and policies in line with corporate payphilosophies and federal and state regulations. This position is also responsible for managing the software applications used by the HR department. The ideal candidate would reside in the local market and have the flexibility to work from home, onsite. or remote.
