The Children's Museum of Indianapolis
Business Data Analyst Intern - Summer 2025 (Information Technology)
OVERVIEW:
The Children's Museum of Indianapolis data team leverages data to enhance departmental effectiveness by delivering deeper insights into existing data and supporting informed decision-making processes. A key objective is to provide actionable, data-driven customer insights that align with organizational goals, including fostering long-term constituent relationships and driving growth in museum visitation, membership, and related revenue streams. The intern will learn the ins and outs of working with a range of museum departments, explore varied types of data, and learn business processes. An ideal candidate possesses a strong willingness to learn, is self-motivated, and is well into a program in data science, database design, or a related field of study. The internship culminates in a presentation of the intern's work to impacted leaders at the museum.
The Children's Museum is fiercely devoted to our Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion (DEAI) efforts. We cannot transform the lives of children and families unless we embrace all families. Together we are building and sustaining an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates differences.
