Photographer (Creative Design)
Job Summary
Job Description
Under general supervision, conceptualize, design, and produce product photography to support the digital catalog on medline.com and promote the Medline brand and other retail brands. Ensure brand consistency by utilizing the architecture defined in the Medline style guide.
Responsibilities
Assist managing the on-site photography studio and collaborate with team members to maintain production schedule.
Perform photography production work including product placement, set design, operating camera, lighting and working as a production artist. Set up, light, compose, and photograph a wide range of products.
Develop compelling product catalog imagery by working cross-functionally. Consult with Marketing team to ensure the product photography meets brand guidelines.
Ensure proper look while working independently with basic tabletop styling unassisted or with on-set Photography Assistants.
Perform post-production work including editing,as needed, appropriate file naming, and uploading of final files to server.
Develop and produce finished photographic results.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Fine arts, or related field.
Work Experience
At least 3 years photography experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
Experience applying/following photography style guide standards.
Experience and working knowledge in working with Canon or Nikon 35mm digital SLR systems and workflow.
Knowledge of Capture One and tethered shooting.
Able to lift/move heavy photography equipment (up to 100 lbs.).
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
Preferred Requirements
Advanced compositional skills and knowledge of product and on location editorial related photography.
Proficienct working with Mac/Apple products.
Experience working with an SPM (Studio Production Management) System.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$68,640.00 - $99,320.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
