Administrative Coordinator (Finance)
Requires a basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple mathematical functions like percentages, ratios, etc. as might normally be acquired through attainment of a high school diploma or GED. Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly job-related experience.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications:
• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish, in both oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with other required software.
• Proficiency in: PeopleSoft and Concur, along with other Higher Ed software.
