PS&D Technician (428 AMU) (Personal Services)
PKL Services Inc. is contracted to maintain and operate Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) F-15SG and United States Air Force (USAF) F-15E aircraft and equipment assigned to the 366th Fighter Wing located at Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), Idaho. PKL employees at this site are subject to a Union/Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) regarding employment terms and work rules.
The Maintenance Management (Plans, Scheduling and Documentation) Technician shall provide management and oversight of assigned resources. AMU manages unit efforts to maintain adequate aircraft support for mission requirements. The contractor shall be responsible for monitoring TCTOs, aircraft configuration management, maintenance, and flying scheduling.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Schedule, track, and monitor TCTO requirements and ensure TCTOs are completed prior to the TCTO ground date or request extensions from the appropriate agency when required.
Ensure proper configuration management documentation of assigned aircraft IAW DAFI 21-101 and local procedures and ensure aircraft serially controlled items and TCIs are loaded in Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) to ensure proper tracking and accountability of items.
Ensure plans, schedules, and maintenance actions are documented on assigned aircraft.
Ensure all aircraft component SIs are loaded in MIS against the aircraft, not against the engine.
Coordinate and schedule aircraft acceptance and transfer requirements with appropriate agencies involved in the acceptance/transfer process.
Develop all flying and maintenance plans and assist in building the annual plan and publish the weekly, monthly, and quarterly flying and maintenance plans.
Identify potential flying and maintenance schedule conflicts that could hinder maintenance and flying operations.
Responsible for controlling, updating, and as necessary, creating Aircraft Jacket Files and historical records as specified in DAFI 21-101.
Schedule aircraft forms review through Plans & Scheduling and assist RSAF in conducting the aircraft forms reviews as specified in DAFI 21-101.
Any and all other duties as directed by the Program Manager/Site Manager.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum six (6) years previous experience as 2R1X1 or equivalent Maintenance Management PS&D duties at Fighter Squadron maintenance or Wing level.
Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
Office environment. May require frequent bending, reaching, and climbing. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate although it could be loud if near the aircraft parking apron.
