SUMMARY
Fast-paced and multi-faceted role that maintains responsibility for aiding the Brand Advertising Manager and executing national advertising projects to include Subaru brand TV commercials, digital video, integrated media campaigns, sales events, incentives, and Subaru digital advertising support and platform content, including social content. Leads the coordination of advertising production and marketing activities with various internal and external stakeholders and agency partners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists Brand Advertising Manager with planning, development, budgeting, and production of Subaru TV commercials, digital video commercials, integrated media campaigns, and social media content. Collaborates with Manager using professional experience and knowledge to recommend ideas and to plan projects.
• Advertising Campaign Production:
-Shapes and fulfills advertising production strategy and guidelines. Interacts heavily with ad agencies and production companies on various TV and digital video shoots, coordinating multi-faceted details and timelines in real time under strict deadlines. Independently addresses matters that arise as needed that require quick decisions and decisive action.
-Executes the production of advertising materials, including photos, videos, printed materials, and messaging content. This entails providing clear and concise creative direction to ad agencies and communicating effectively with internal teams and Subaru Corporation (SBR) liaisons to ensure that all pertinent materials are delivered as expected. Facilitates the review, accuracy, and compliance of advertising materials pre-campaign launch with Legal, Product Management, Creative Services, and ad agencies.
-Maintains responsibility for communicating timing and deadlines to all pertinent internal and external stakeholders. This requires precise attention to detail and independent analysis of which stakeholders need to be involved and how to move a project effectively to completion. Provides clear, concise, consolidated action items to appropriate teams.
-Supports campaigns and programs such as Subaru brand TV and digital commercials, Dear Subaru, National Make A Dog's Day, Multicultural Advertising, content for various media partners, non-Share the Love sales events, incentive messaging, Philadelphia Union, and national print campaigns.
• Coordinates the planning of creative rotation, timing, assets, and deliverables for monthly media rotation, working closely with Media and Social Team and Launch Team. Serves as day-to-day contact with stakeholder teams and represents the goals and requirements for assigned Advertising campaigns and projects to remain accountable for deliverables.
• Coordinates Creative Asset list for Advertising team, ensuring document is updated and communicated across all teams. Tracks status of assets and continually ensures that they are current and accurate.
• Executes planning, coordination, and production for Media Partner Content integrations, including, but not limited to, content production and real-time decisions, media partner review, creative reviews, and production of materials.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plans, coordinates, and executes the Advertising materials for monthly incentives, including working with Sales Department, to create assets and distribute for all areas of need.
• Ensures that strategy is followed through all marketing and advertising campaign materials, including commercials, digital video, social, media partner content, etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• At least six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in advertising production, marketing, or related field. Advertising production and agency experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Ability to be responsible and flexible to evolving responsibilities in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both collaboratively across teams as well as independently.
• Ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization, including Executive team. Adapt at building relationships.
• Creative solution-seeking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 4-Year College Degree (BA, BS) and 6-8 years' experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
