SUMMARY: Customer Service Representative plays a leadership role in support of our customer base, Sales Team, and remaining organization with the handling of incoming orders, the development of sales quotes for current and new accounts, and the support our customers day to day needs. This individual will develop and maintain strong, positive communications with customers, other internal personnel, and others as needed to provide excellent customer service and insides sales services. To execute assigned sales and customer service projects and to maintain proper records and systems. This position will be a hands-on sales and sales support position requiring excellent inside and external coordination and communication efforts.
