Inventory Clerk/material Handler (Finance)



Job Description

IntelliSource invites you to join our team as an Inventory Specialist/Material Handler on USA Parkway for a 2-month project! Are you dependable, efficient, and ready to dive into a hands-on role with a dynamic and growing company?

We are partnering with an established organization and searching for the best inventory/material handlers in the area to add to our team. This role has a 10-hour shift from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 4 days per week. You are working outside performing the inventory.

You must have reliable transportation for this position. There are no shuttles available.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records, ensuring materials are logged and tracked.
  • Perform manual labor moving pallets to verify quantities.
  • Efficiently move materials outside, to production areas, and onto vehicles using pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Keep the storage areas organized, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment in line with company standards and safety regulations.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in an inventory or material handling role preferred, showcasing your capability to manage tasks responsibly and efficiently.
  • Comfortable working outside for the 10-hour shift.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, keeping the flow of materials moving smoothly.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work as part of a team, aiding in the collective effort to meet goals and deadlines.
  • A keen understanding of safety procedures and compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills.
