Role reports to: Head of Strategy
Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025
Travel %: 10%
Pay: $144,000.00- $247,825.00
What you will do
The Director, Strategic Planning is responsible for leading the Kenvue Strategic planning process, working with the Kenvue Leadership Team to set the enterprise priorities and working with markets, regions, functions and segment to translate these priorities into a cohesive operating plan that delivers Kenvue's ambitions. Using a strong outside-in focus, you will shape how strategic planning will become a competitive advantage for Kenvue.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Kenvue strategic planning process, defining and managing how enterprise-level priorities are set to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and operational goals, and how these are translated into strategic roadmaps and business plans that align with Kenvue's ambitions
• Collaborate with the Kenvue Leadership Team to set strategic priorities
• Work with segments, brands, markets, regions and functions to create operating plans consistent with Kenvue's strategic priorities
• Utilize an outside-in perspective to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics
• Identify opportunities for growth and innovation to strengthen Kenvue's competitive position.
• Ensure the strategic planning process leverages industry trends and best practices for competitive advantage
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and execution of strategic and operational plans
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior management
• Facilitate on-going adjustments and refinements to ensure successful implementation and alignment with Kenvue's objectives
• Assist the Office of the CEO with strategic projects and analyses
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Masters Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

What's in it for you
• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000.00 to $247,825.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
