This off-shift position will be located in Plant 3, Whitehall Casting Operation, and inspects cored wax patterns and/or cores using nondestructive testing (radiography) to discover detrimental discontinuities, inclusions, and other irregularities below the surfaces. Conducts quality audits. Dispositions (accepts or rejections) according to engineering specifications. Performs visual inspection on all DS and SC wax clusters prior to dipping them into the monoshell slurry, sorting out those requiring rework.
