Danish Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)
Maintain a clean, safe and injury-free work environment by ensuring health and safety procedures are understood and executed by all team members
Champion employee engagement, safety and morale
Confirm all equipment is functioning properly and can be safely and efficiently operated
Identify training needs and areas for employee development
Ensure employees are following GMPs, ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards
Supervise and coordinate production operations for team members, including scheduling, time management, performance evaluations, hiring, and discipline
Keep up to date and maintain a working knowledge of relevant SOPs and processes
Recommend measures to improve production methods
Perform production area audits and conduct regular shift meetings to comply with GMPs, food safety, audits, and safety regulations
Supervise efficient operation of equipment including the inspection of materials, products, and equipment to detect and/or prevent malfunctions; assist in troubleshooting any machine slowdowns or other problems
