Associate, HR Recruitment and Analytics (Corporate Human Resources) (Finance)
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join Segal's Human Resources Department at a professionally challenging time, given changes being implemented to support the company's growth.
As an Associate HR Recruitment and Analytics, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of HR-related activities designed to develop and expand expertise, skills and abilities relevant to pursuing a career path in Human Resources. You'll work independently and on teams, collaborating with others both inside and outside of the HR Department on work assignments that requires initiative, ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. The role may involve planning and leading small-sized projects and tasks.
This position reports report jointly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”) and VP, Director of Talent Acquisition and is based in the New York office, offering a flexible hybrid work schedule.

The current salary range for this position is $72,000 to $90,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
