Submitting records of events daily
Be able to recognize and diffuse situations before they escalate. Be proactive in the approach
Proficient with MS Office: Word and Excel
Organizational skills for efficient control
Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
Solid decision making skills.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, REGISTRATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
BLS certification.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
4 years' experience with a background in security, enforcement, and/or military, preferred.
Customer Service is required, especially in stressful situations.
Must be able to observe and report all activities, and know who to contact for each event.
